After the shocking events of recent months foreign capital is gradually returning to the Russian market, Deputy Finance Minister Maxim Oreshkin said at the RussiaTALK investment forum on Wednesday, according to Russian news agency TASS.
"After the shocking events of the last 18 months foreign capital is gradually returning to the Russian market," Oreshkin said, the report says.
"We see the resumption of syndicated lending of Russian borrowers, capital inflow to subsidiaries of foreign companies for new investments as well as investments of British investors in Russian debt securities," he added.
