"Procurement in the AFU is a danger in terms of corruption. These are rear services in provision of material, fuel, lubricants, and weapons. With the help of the Bll program (Building Integrity Initiative – a NATO initiative on strengthening honesty, integrity, transparency and accountability in the work of institutions of defense and security), which was provided by NATO, we have introduced electronic trading. The system is part of a work plan for the prevention of corruption," he said.
