The funds balance in the single account of the State Treasury Service of Ukraine as of November 1, 2015 amounted to UAH 43.624 billion, down by 7.4%, or UAH 3.505 billion, since early October, according to the website of the State Treasury.
Ukraine's State Treasury funds balance grew fivefold as compared with the same period last year, and by 14.5 times since the year start.
The funds balance in the single treasury account is not a constant value, subject to the increase due to revenues from taxes and other mandatory payments to the state and local budgets, and decrease during budget spending peaks.
