Naftogaz Ukrainy has transferred another $24 million to the Russian Gazprom as an advance payment for the supply of natural gas, according to Gazprom’s statement.
"Ukraine has made an advance payment of $24 million. For the supply of Russian gas," the press service quoted the head of the company, Alexei Miller.
The prepayment, including earlier transfers, will be enough to cover deliveries until November 10, according to the head of Russia’s energy monopoly.

Since November 1, imports of Russian gas has been reduced by three times, while Naftogaz transferred $64 million to Gazprom in advance payments to continue gass supplies.
