"The issue is expected in the middle of next year if the situation is normal. Currently, the central securities depositories of Russia and China are negotiating measures to build a depository and clearing bridge, which will allow mainland Chinese investors to keep those bonds in the continental depositories without opening accounts in foreign depositories," Shvetsov said at a joint investment forum organized by the Moscow and Shanghai Stock Exchanges during his visit to China, Prime wrote.

"We'd like to raise assets of continental Chinese investors only. Therefore, we are developing the infrastructure. It will take several months," he said.
