Ukraine's Infrastructure Ministry and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD), the main lending organization of the World Bank Group, on November 19 signed a $560 million loan agreement for the development of road infrastructure in Ukraine.
First Deputy Infrastructure Minister Volodymyr Shulmeister signed the document on behalf of Ukraine, the World Bank was represented by its Country Director for Belarus, Moldova and Ukraine Qimiao Fan, an UNIAN correspondent reported.
