“Russia does not want the DCFTA to enter into force, while Russia’s arguments do not hold water,” said Yatsenyuk at a government meeting following a thirteenth round of Ukraine-European Commission-Russia ministerial and technical consultations held in Brussels on Monday.

Yesterday Russia put forward the conditions on a delay for ten years of the introduction of phytosanitary and technical standards which meet the EU requirements,” said Yatsenyuk. “And I want to be clear: Ukraine will not postpone the introduction of technical and phytosanitary standards as defined by the Ukraine-EU DCFTA."
