"Of course we are working on this (attracting investors that leave markets in other countries), among other things. We always welcome Turkish, Chinese and European investors if they invest in the country and create jobs," Karmanov said.

"Kaznex agency is open to all investors - Russian, and Turkish ones, so we are less concerned with political issues: we have not changed our attitude to either Russian or Turkish investors, most importantly is that they invest in our economy," he added.

The representative of the national agency specializing in attracting foreign investors to Kazakhstan stressed that the activity of Turkish investors in the country is viewed as positive.
