Ukraine's foreign trade in 2015 estimated at $74.6 bln

Ukraine's overall foreign trade in 2015 was estimated at $74.6 billion, according to customs statistics reports, reads a report on the implementation of the government's action program, which was posted on the Cabinet's website.

In January 2016 alone, the first month after the free trade area with the European Union was launched, Ukraine issued over 4,500 EUR.1 certificates for exports.

As UNIAN reported earlier, the free trade area between Ukraine and the EU started work at full capacity as of January 1, 2016.

The EUR.1 movement certificate is a form used in international commodity traffic as a certificate of origin in external trade under agreements of the Pan-European preference system, namely the European Union Association Agreement.

From January to June 2015, Ukraine's overall foreign trade was $36.2 billion.
