The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has ratified a EUR 400 million loan agreement with the European Investment Bank (EIB) for the development of municipal infrastructure.
A total of 261 deputies voted for a decision with the required minimum of 226 votes.
As UNIAN reported earlier, on July 23, 2015 Ukraine and the EIB signed a EUR 400 million loan agreement on developing and upgrading the municipal infrastructure. The agreement was signed by Minister of Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Utilities of Ukraine Hennadiy Zubko and Vice-President of the EIB Laszlo Baranyai at the collegium of Regional Development Ministry.
