Despite the 18% decrease of Ukrainian rye production in 2015 (to 391 KMT against 478 KMT in 2014) currently its exports are growing mainly due to domestic consumption decrease in Ukraine, The Financial Express reported citing www.blackseagrain.net.

During the first half of 2015/16 rye exports from Ukraine reached 13.756 KMT which is 4% more than for the same period in 2014/15 – 13.204 KMT.
