The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) has excluded the 24nonstop domestic payment system from the register of payment and settlement systems, their participants and operators of payment infrastructure services, according to a posting on the regulator's website.
The decision was made due to non-compliance with a decision by the Committee on banking supervision and regulation, payment system monitoring (oversight) regarding the termination of money transfers via the 24nonstop domestic payment system.
In connection with the deactivation of the mentioned payment system, the registration of the following participants in the system was also cancelled: Triolan.Money, NSP, Feniks financial company, the European payment system, Elaens financial company, Ukrfinstandart, Vap-Kapital financial company, VM-Factor financial company, and the First Ukrainian Payment System.
As UNIAN reported earlier, the NBU on January 6 halted money transfer transactions through the 24nonstop domestic payment system run by IT Finance LLC payment institution due to violations of the Ukrainian legislation.
