Despite the significant surplus of payments, there are no resources laid out in the state budget to reimburse the funds budget is not incorporated in the resource reimbursement these funds, according to Head of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine Roman Nasirov.
The amount of income tax overpaid by the Ukrainian entrepreneurs currently stands at UAH 24 billion, Nasirov said during a meeting of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Taxation and Customs policy.
"Unfortunately, there are no resources laid in the budget for reimbursement of these funds," he said.
