A meeting among major producers to cap output at January levels is no longer expected to take place this month, according to four OPEC delegates, Bloomberg reported.
"Major oil producers are likely to meet in April, possibly in Doha or Russia," OPEC Gulf delegates said, according to Bloomberg.
The meeting may not take place if most of the major manufacturers do not agree to cap oil output.
