The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine intends to sign an Open Skies agreement between Ukraine and the European Union until the end of 2016, according to the Program of Government Action for 2016, published on the web portal of the Government.
According to the document, the Ministry of Infrastructure and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs are responsible for the signing of the agreement.
