PJSC Kryukivsky Railcar Building Plant in January-March 2016 increased the production of freight railcars by 5.9 times year-over-year, or by 64 railcars, to 77 units, as stated in the company's report submitted to the city executive committee in Kremenchuk.
It is noted that the plant did not produce any passenger railcars in the reporting period.
As UNIAN reported earlier, Kryukivsky Railcar Building Plant last year reduced the output of freight railcars by 83%, or by 1,996 wagons, to 410 units as compared to 2014.

PJSC Kryukivsky Railcar Building Plant produces both freight railcars and social purpose transport – passenger railcars of locomotive traction, interregional and commuter EMUs, DMUs, underground cars, escalators, running gears for freight and passenger cars.
