After the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has adopted the decision to raise gas prices for households to market levels from May 1, the price of thermal energy for the population will be increased by 60%, according to Ukraine's Energy Ministry.
The heating tariffs will increase from UAH 652/Gcal to UAH 1,041/Gcal, according to the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade, which elaborated on Wednesday on the details of the Cabinet's decision.
