The report by the International Monetary Fund on economies in Central and Eastern Europe included Russia in the list of the region's politically unstable countries.
The Fund estimated Russia's instability rate at between 60 and 70 points, whereas a state is considered unstable with a minimum of 50 points, according to the report.
Meanwhile, Ukraine has gotten into the same group, along with Belarus, Moldova, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Turkey.
