Ukraine resumed importing natural gas from Hungary on July 9, after imports were suspended in early July, according to Ukrtransgaz, the operator of Ukraine's gas transportation system.
The company announced that the daily volume of gas imports from Hungary on July 9 amounted to almost 1 million cubic meters (mcm).

Also, natural gas consumption in Ukraine stood at 1 billion cubic meters during this period, which was the same level as last year.
