Ukraine sees power exports grow by 9% since start of year

Ukraine boosted power exports by 9% in January-July 2016 compared with the same period in 2015 to 2,460 billion kWh, the press service of Ukraine's Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry reported.

Power exports in July decreased by 40.3% year-on-year (y-o-y) to 271.3 million kWh.

As UNIAN reported earlier, power exports in Ukraine increased by 21.5% in January-June 2016 compared with the same period last year to 2.189 billion kWh.
