The Ministry of Finance intends to submit for approval to the Cabinet of Ministers the final version of developed amendments to the Tax Code before the end of September, the ministry’s press service wrote on Facebook.
According to the report, Minister of Finance Oleksandr Danylyuk was presenting working draft amendments in the tax committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, while the presentation of the document will soon be published on the official website the Ministry of Finance.
It is also reported that the document was developed by a working group with the participation of head of the profile parliamentary committee Nina Yuzhanina and other committee members, as well as representatives of business, public experts, the Ministry of Finance and the State Fiscal Service.

In the framework of the reform’s development, the Finance Ministry introduced to public debate its proposals for the amendments to the Tax Code, which include changes in tax rates, as well as the transfer of database data management functions directly to the Ministry of Finance, and the reduction of the State Fiscal Service’s functions mostly to a servicing component.
