The realistic monthly turnover of the currency black market in Ukraine is estimated at about $1 billion, which is higher by 16 times than the official statistics on foreign exchange transactions in the country.
This was stated by associated expert of the Center for Economic Strategy Oleksandr Zholud at a round table in Kyiv, who was referring to the data prepared by the Center.
