The National Bank of Ukraine on Tuesday evening strengthened the official hryvnia exchange rate by five kopiykas, bringing the national currency to UAH 25.59 to the dollar.
The Central Bank set the following official exchange rates of the hryvnia against leading foreign currencies for October 26:
$100 costs UAH 2,559.5314 (on October 25, it was UAH 2,564.0480);
EUR 100 costs UAH 2,782.7225 (on October 25, it was UAH 2,792.5047);
10 RUB costs UAH 4.1251 (on October 25, it was UAH 4.1200).

Hryvnia quotes against the euro settled at UAH 27.8070/27.8480, while those against the Russian ruble settled at UAH 0.4110/0.4130.
According to the National Bank of Ukraine, the weighted average exchange rate of the hryvnia as of 17:00 was UAH 25.5953 to the dollar, with 432 deals concluded by this time worth a total of $467.67 million.
