On Thursday, November 10, Public Joint Stock Company Ukrainian Railways (Ukrzaliznytsia) will launch a mobile version of its website for ticket sale, Ukrzaliznytsia CEO Wojciech Balczun wrote on Facebook.
"We start today. At about 14:00. With a small, but useful option that will come handy for smartphone users, planning to travel on Ukrzaliznytsia [trains]. We launch a mobile version of our website for ticket sales booking.uz.gov.ua and move to the mobile app," Balczun said.
He explained that the mobile version is compatible with any operating system.

And most importantly, it's about saving money and time, which, as we know, also means money," Balczun said.
The company CEO stressed that more than one-third of railway tickets were sold online, and the largest share of sales was recorded on the official website of Ukrzaliznytsia.
