Over 11 months of this year, local budgets in Ukraine have been implemented by more than 100%, and the additional resources, attracted to the regions as a result of the decentralization process, exceeded UAH 40 billion, Ukrainian Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman said, opening the first International Congress of Mayors Monday, December 5.
"Over 11 months, we see more than 100% of implementation of local budgets plans. The additional resources amount to UAH 44 billion. It is real investment that we can direct to all spheres of life and to modernize our cities," he said.
