Receipts of the Ukrainian local budgets' general fund January through November 2016, excluding inter-budget transfers, were estimated at UAH 131.9 billion, or $5 billion in the equivalent, according to Ukraine's Finance Ministry.
This was 49.6%, or UAH 43.7 billion, up year-over-year, the ministry said.
The receipts in the 11 months accounted for 104.6% of total annual receipts approved by the local councils, the ministry said.

The data does not include reports from temporarily occupied areas in Donbas and Russia-annexed Crimea.
As UNIAN reported earlier, the general fund of the local budgets, excluding inter-budget transfers, received UAH 99.8 billion, or $3.8 billion, in 2015.
