Ukraine more than doubles crude oil imports in 2016

Imports of crude oil and gas condensate by Ukraine in 2016 totaled US$173.8 million, which was 2.1 times up on 2015, according to the country's State Fiscal Service.

Kazakhstan accounted for 96.8% of all crude oil imports, Kazakh oil shipments were estimated at $168 million. Romania accounted for the rest of the shipments, or 3.2%, it sold Ukraine crude oil worth $5.4 million.
