Shareholders of FinBank (Odesa), the key of whom, according to the National Bank, is a citizen of Ukraine Oleksandr Hranovskiy, intend to liquidate a financial institution, the bank said in the disclosure system of the National Commission on Securities and Stock Market.
According to the agenda of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders to be held on February 1, the shareholders will consider the liquidation of the financial institution on the initiative of the owners, appoint a liquidation committee, and approve the procedure and terms of liquidation.
