Gazprom buys 34% stake in Latvia's Conexus Baltic Grid

Russian Gazprom has acquired a 34.099% stake in the Latvian Conexus Baltic Grid gas transportation operator, Russian business news agency PRIME reported, with reference to Gazprom.

"The share in the company's authorized capital before the acquisition was 0%; the stake in the company's voting shares before the acquisition was 0%... The share in the company's authorized capital after the acquisition is 34.09911%; the stake in the company's voting shares after the acquisition is 34.09911%," according to PRIME.
