!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! UAA1 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thus, the share of Gazprom's direct ownership in the company will amount to 100%.

"To agree on acquisition of Gazprom's Gerosgaz Holdings BV 30,000 shares in Nord Stream 2 AG with a nominal value of CHF 1,000 each, with the total cost of CHF 30 million, which is 50% of the share capital of the Nord Stream 2 AG, at the price of EUR 30 million," the report says, according to Russian business news agency Prime.

Gazprom bought the first package of 50% shares of Nord Stream 2 AG in December last year.

Nord Stream 2 AG is a company established for the planning, construction and further exploitation of the Nord Stream-2 gas pipeline. The company headquarters is in Zug, Switzerland. Earlier, Nord Stream 2 AG was totally owned by Gazprom Gerosgaz Holdings B.V., a Gazprom's subsidiary company, which is registered in the Netherlands.

The North Stream-2 project involves the construction of two pipelines with a total capacity of 55 billion cubic meters of gas a year from the Russian coast though the Baltic Sea to Germany. The new pipeline is to be built near the initial Nord Stream pipeline.

Previously, it was assumed that Gazprom's partners – Engie, OMV, Shell, Uniper and Wintershall – would become shareholders of Nord Stream-2 (with shares of 10%), but the creation of the joint venture was abandoned. The final structure of the project is not determined yet.
