The National Bank of Ukraine on Tuesday evening lowered the official hryvnia exchange rate by two kopiykas, bringing the national currency to UAH 27.04 to the dollar.
The Central Bank set the following official exchange rates of the hryvnia against leading foreign currencies for February 22:
$100 costs UAH 2,704.2536 (on February 21, it was UAH 2,702.5299);
EUR 100 costs UAH 2,849.4720 (on February 21, it was UAH 2,869.0057);
10 RUB costs UAH 4.6739 (on February 21, it was UAH 4.6518).

Hryvnia quotes against the euro settled at UAH 28.4790/28.5107, while those against the Russian ruble settled at UAH 0.4613/0.4630.
According to the National Bank of Ukraine, the weighted average exchange rate of the hryvnia as of 17:00 was UAH 27.0425 to the dollar, with 436 deals concluded by this time worth a total of $239.38 million.
