NBU to liquidate Kyiv-based Fortuna-Bank

The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) has decided to cancel Kyiv-based Fortuna-Bank's banking license and liquidate it, as was proposed by the Ukrainian Deposit Guarantee Fund, according to the regulator's website.

The Deposit Guarantee Fund introduced temporary administration at Fortuna-Bank on January 27 after the NBU had designated the bank as insolvent.
