Exports to Veneto, the north-eastern region of Italy Veneto, exceeded exports to such countries such as UK, France, and Austria, according to Ukraine's Ambassador to the Italian Republic Yevhen Perelyhin. "Ukrainian-Italian economic cooperation has reached such a level, where best facilities are provided to present the potential of bilateral cooperation," Perelyhin wrote on Facebook.
The Ambassador reported that he hosted an event to promote bilateral cooperation at a magnificent palace Ca 'Vendramin in Venice, where Europe’s first casino opened 500 years, in the presence of the regional authorities and entrepreneurs of Veneto.

He added that trade turnover with this Italian region was higher than that with the UK, France or Austria.
