"A rhetorical question: Who, in fact, is bothered by banks, successfully operating in Ukraine, that are Ukrainian legal entities registered in full compliance with Ukrainian legislation, constituting a significant share in the national banking system? Wouldn't it [campaign against these banks] be a "shot in own leg" by the current Ukrainian government? Is it able or ready to cope with another case of blatant legal lawlessness?" Russian diplomats wondered.
