PJSC Sberbank has imposed restrictions on cash withdrawal through the bank's cash desk in the amount of UAH 30,000 or the equivalent of this amount in foreign currency per day for any client, according to the bank’s press service.
The press office of Sberbank of Russia’s subsidiary in Ukraine said that temporary restrictions were caused by a disruption in a schedule of cash collection from branches and ATMs.

As UNIAN reported earlier, Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Arsen Avakov expected that the National Security and Defense Council on Wednesday, March 15, consider the issue of termination of operations of Sberbank of Russia’s Ukrainian subsidiary.
On March 14, the work of Kyiv-based main office of Sberbank was interrupted as a result of the entrance to the building being walled off with concrete blocks by a group of protesters demanding the bank’s closure.
