State companies obliged to report on performance on websites within two months

Ukraine's Cabinet of Ministers has ordered state unitary enterprises and enterprises where the state owns at least 50% to publish information on their activities on own websites, according to a relevant resolution posted on the government portal.

The enterprises shall publish quarterly and annual financial statements, bylaws, audit reports, disclose the structure of ownership along with biographical information of the management and members of the supervisory board, as well as information on contracts and financial transactions, the document said.

As UNIAN reported earlier, about half of Ukrainian state agencies, local governments and state-owned enterprises did not report on the E-DATA official state information portal on the use of budget funds, thereby violating the law on transparent use of public funds.
