The National Bank of Ukraine on Tuesday evening lowered the official hryvnia exchange rate by nine kopiykas, bringing the national currency to UAH 27.11 to the dollar.
The Central Bank set the following official exchange rates of the hryvnia against leading foreign currencies for April 5:
$100 costs UAH 2,711.8953 (on April 4, it was UAH 2,702.4639);
EUR 100 costs UAH 2,888.4397 (on April 4, it was UAH 2,881.0968);
10 RUB costs UAH 4.7951 (on April 4, it was UAH 4.8138).

According to the National Bank of Ukraine, the weighted average exchange rate of the hryvnia as of 17:00 was UAH 27.1190 to the dollar, with 444 deals concluded by this time worth a total of $233.04 million.
