The National Bank of Ukraine on Tuesday evening lowered the official hryvnia exchange rate by three kopiykas, bringing the national currency to UAH 26.84 to the dollar.
The Central Bank set the following official exchange rates of the hryvnia against leading foreign currencies for April 19:
$100 costs UAH 2,684.4959 (on April 18, it was UAH 2,681.2058);
EUR 100 costs UAH 2,867.5785 (on April 18, it was UAH 2,850.1218);
10 RUB costs UAH 4.7955 (on April 18, it was UAH 4.7628).

Hryvnia quotes against the euro settled at UAH 28.6010/28.6410, while those against the Russian ruble settled at UAH 0.4772/0.4785.
According to the National Bank of Ukraine, the weighted average exchange rate of the hryvnia as of 17:00 was UAH 26.8452 to the dollar, with 366 deals concluded by this time worth a total of $171.22 million.
