Natural gas imports to Ukraine soared by 2.3 times in January-June 2017 year-over-year (y-o-y), to 7 billion cubic meters (bcm), according to the press service of the new gas transport system operator PJSC Trunk Gas Pipelines of Ukraine.
Ukraine had not imported gas from Russia for 584 days as of July 3, 2017, the company said.

Ukraine imported gas from the EU alone in 2016. In particular, 9.1 bcm arrived from Slovakia, 1 bcm from Hungary, and 1 bcm from Poland.
