The balance of funds in the single account of Ukraine's State Treasury Service was estimated at UAH 45.145 billion (about US$1.73 billion) as of July 1, 2017, which was 2.9% up, or UAH 1.273 billion ($48.9 million), from June 1, 2017, according to the Treasury's website.
The balance of funds in the single account in June 2017 grew by 3.2 times from the beginning of 2017 year-over-year, and by 2.5 times against the figure as of July 1, 2016.

The balance of funds in the single treasury account is not a constant value. It is subject to increases due to revenues from taxes and other mandatory payments to the state and local budgets and subject to decreases amid budget spending peaks.
