The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine intends to develop before August 1 a target program for the support of Ukrainian farming, according to Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman.
The program will allow small farms to become the backbone of the country's agricultural sector, Groysman said during a traditional Q&A session in the Verkhovna Rada July 14.
