Ukraine's state budget sees $1.1 bln surplus in 1H 2017

The surplus of Ukraine's national budget in January-June 2017 (1H) was estimated at UAH 29.035 billion, or US$1.1 billion, against a deficit at UAH 35 billion, or $1.4 billion, year-over-year (y-o-y), according to the website of the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU).

The budget revenue over the period under review totaled UAH 325.773 billion, or $12.6 million, while expenses amounted to UAH 394.906 billion, or $15.2 billion, the NBU report said.
