The Switzerland-based global energy trading company AOT Energy has opened its subsidiary AOT Energy Ukraine, whose main activity is natural gas trade via local pipelines, according to the company's data published in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individuals, and Public Organizations.
The Ukrainian company was registered on July 14, 2017 with charter capital of UAH 1.4 million (US$54,054). Its main activity is gas trading through local pipelines, as well as wholesale fuel trade.
AOT GES Holding AG is the sole founder of AOT Energy Ukraine.

The company has eight offices located in Europe, Asia and North America. In 2016, AOT Energy sold products worth $11.4 billion against $8 billion in 2015.
