The National Bank of Ukraine on Friday, July 28, lowered the official hryvnia exchange rate by 10 kopiykas, bringing the national currency to UAH 25.91 to the dollar.
The Central Bank set the following official exchange rates of the hryvnia against leading foreign currencies for July 31:
$100 costs UAH 2,591.5589 (on July 28, it was UAH 2,590.0435);
EUR 100 costs UAH 3,039.6394 (on July 28, it was UAH 3,028.7969);
10 RUB costs UAH 4.3524 (on July 28, it was UAH 4.3596).

Hryvnia quotes against the euro settled at UAH 30.3243/30.3510, while those against the Russian ruble settled at UAH 0.4342/0.4349.
According to the National Bank of Ukraine, the weighted average exchange rate of the hryvnia as of 16:00 was UAH 25.9156 to the dollar, with 506 deals concluded by this time worth a total of $275.14 million.
