PM Groysman announces start of Lviv-Mykolaiv highway construction

Ukraine's Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman has announced the launch of a project for building a highway linking the western regions with those in the south, from Lviv, Ternopil, through Vinnytsia, and to Odesa and Mykolaiv, which will become part of the transport corridor between the Polish ports on the Baltic Sea and the Ukrainian ones on the Black Sea.

"We are about to launch new projects. One of them is the renovated Lviv-Ternopil-Vinnytsia-Odesa-Mykolaiv highway, which will become part of the transport corridor between the Polish ports of the Baltic and our ports on the Black Sea 'GO HIGHWAY' (Gdansk-Odesa)," Groysman wrote on Facebook.

"Thus, the implementation of this large-scale project has already begun," he added.
