The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) in the foreign exchange auction today, August 17, bought $44 million from the Ukrainian banks, according to the NBU website.
The total volume of received applications for participation in the auction amounted to $46 million, while the weighted average auction rate was at UAH 25.5129 to the dollar, reads the report.
