In August and September 2017, court hearings will be held, where the so-called "State Property Fund of the Donbas People's Republic" is preparing to seize control over the assets of a number of Ukrainian companies, according to DN.ua
The list of assets due to be “nationalized” includes property of PJSC APK-Invest, NJSC Nadra Ukrainy, Altkomavtotrans LLC, Joint-Stock Commercial Industrial and Investment Bank CJSC, as well as “Dynamo” arena, DN.ua reports.
The court session on the claim by the "State Property Fund of the Donetsk People's Republic" on recognizing its ownership over "unattended" immovable property of Ukrainian companies will be held in the de-facto arbitration court of Donetsk in late August - early September this year, according to the court’s website.

In mid-June 2017, the “DPR” website reported that the militants’ “State Property Fund” applied to the local arbitration court to recognize the rights of ownership over the unattended property of Ukrainian companies.
The list includes property of LLC Dorozhne Budivnytstvo Altcom, LLC Altcom Beton-Bud, PJSC Artemivsk-based plant for processing of non-ferrous metals, LLC Bidevnytstvo i Montazh.
