Ukraine cuts coal consumption by almost 20% in July

Ukraine in July 2017 reduced coal consumption by 19.4% compared to the same period last year, to 3.57 million tonnes, according to the State Statistics Service of Ukraine.

However, coal consumption in July 2017 increased by 11.3% from June 2017.

In June 2017, Ukraine consumed 3.2 million tonnes of coal, which was 21.5% down year-over-year.
