The National Bank of Ukraine on Monday evening strengthened the official hryvnia exchange rate by three kopiykas, bringing the national currency to UAH 25.51 to the dollar.
The Central Bank set the following official exchange rates of the hryvnia against leading foreign currencies for August 29:
$100 costs UAH 2,551.5762 (on August 28, it was UAH 2,554.5580);
EUR 100 costs UAH 3,042.7546 (on August 28, it was UAH 3,014.1230);
10 RUB costs UAH 4.3582 (on August 28, it was UAH 4.3202).

According to the National Bank of Ukraine, the weighted average exchange rate of the hryvnia as of 17:00 was UAH 25.5158 to the dollar, with 370 deals concluded by this time worth a total of $184.98 million.
