The balance of funds on the Ukrainian State Treasury Service's single account as of September 1, 2017, was estimated at UAH 61.151 billion, or US$2.35 billion, which is the maximum level since 2003.
The sum as of September 1 grew by 38.8%, or UAH 17.082 billion ($657 million), from August 1, the State Treasury said.
It has soared by 4.3 times compared to the indicator as of the beginning of 2017 and by 2.6 times compared to the same period of 2016.

The balance of funds on the single treasury account is not a constant value. It is subject to increases due to receipts from taxes and other mandatory payments to the state and local budgets and subject to decreases amid budget spending peaks.
